Corporation Profile Report

Are you looking for the names and addresses of the Officers and Directors of an Ontario corporation?

The Corporation Profile Report displays current information on the public record for the subject corporation. All active directors and officers are listed. Some historical information such as amalgamating corporations, where the subject corporation is an amalgamation, and name history are included in the report. The report sets out the most recent information filed by the corporation on or after June 27, 1992 and recorded on the Ontario Business Information System (ONBIS).
