A quick overview on how to complete a registration or order a product on our website:
Select the service/product
Begin by selecting the type of service you require under the heading
First Time Visitors on the right navigation bar of the website.
OR
Select the service you require under the heading
Frequently Accessed Services on the left navigation bar.
Read
the additional information and click on the Order button for the
item or service you need.
Agree to Terms and Conditions
The next step requires you to read our Terms and Conditions page,
then click on Agree and Comply to advance to the log in and payment
sections.
Complete User Profile and Payment Process
Complete the User Profile and the payment section with the required
information. The credit card validation and confirmation process
will take a few moments. A receipt is available on screen and one
will also be emailed to the email address you provided.
Read and print how-to instructions
An instruction page will appear for you to read and print before you
can proceed to the selected application. Follow the instructions
provided to complete your search request or electronic filing.
Complete form, validate and submit
Complete all fields and/or information as required, save and then
validate. Some applications include the ability to print a draft or
to file at a later time. Upon successful validation, you may submit
your filing or search request.
Confirmation of filing or results returned
For filing or registration services, you will receive a
confirmation. For search or document requests, you will receive a report for viewing
and printing. In some cases, reports are emailed. For corporate
supplies, the items are shipped the next business day for general overnight delivery. |

* A NUANS report dated no more than 90 days is mandatory for Ontario and Federal
incorporation.
* A corporation is required to maintain a minute book.
* A corporation must file an Initial Return and Annual Returns.
