Minimum Requirements

Note: This site is best viewed at 1024x768 resolution or higher using Microsoft Internet Explorer.

Before using OnCorp's online services, you MUST ensure that your system meets at least the minimum technical requirements as set out below.

Minimum computer configuration
  • A Pentium 4 PC running Windows/2003/XP/Vista or Windows 7.
  • At least 512 megabytes of RAM memory.
  • 56.6 kbps modem or greater (cable or DSL modems are ok).

    Adobe Reader 8.0 or higher Free download
    You must have Adobe Reader successfully installed on your computer in order to open documents.

    Recommended Browsers
    Microsoft Internet Explorer 8.0 or higher Free download
    Mozilla Firefox 10.0 or higher Free download
    Note: If you are planning to use an Apple Mac computer, be sure to use Mozilla Firefox as your internet browser.

    Recommended Browser Settings for Internet Explorer 8.x:
    1. From the web browser menu select the "Tools / Internet Options".
    2. Under the Privacy tab, Settings subsection, ensure that the slider is set to Medium.
    3. Under the Privacy Tab, Pop-up Blocker subsection, deselect the "Turn on Pop-up Blocker" box.
    4. Click OK.
    Recommended Browser Settings for Firefox 10.x:
    1. From the web browser menu bar click "Tools / Options".
    2. Under the Privacy tab, set "Firefox will:" to "Remember history".
    3. Under the Content tab, uncheck the "Block pop-up windows" box to disable the pop-up blocker altogether.
    4. Click OK.
