Annual Return
The Corporations Information Act requires corporation types A and F to file an Annual Return with the
Ministry of Finance within six (6) months of Financial Year End.
The Corporations Information Act requires corporation types B, D and G to file an Annual Return with the
Ministry of Finance within sixty (60) days of the anniversary of incorporation, amalgamation or continuance.
