to Mar 22, 2010 and Federal Articles of Incorporation will not be processed from
Mar 17, 2010 at noon to Mar 22, 2010 due to a Corporations Canada IT system upgrade.
Any Pre-approvals and Federal Incorporations submitted to OnCorp during the
respective periods will be queued for processing until Mar 22, 2010.
