Website User Agreement

To ensure your complete satisfaction, you must print, read, agree and comply with the following:



CUSTOMER SUPPORT AVAILABILITY

OnCorp's customer support hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm EST (excluding statutory holidays). If I am performing this transaction outside of this timeframe, I agree that no customer support is available until the next business day.


SESSION

I agree that I am using:

a) My own personal credit card which bears my name and matches the name provided to OnCorp, OR
b) My company's credit card for which I have explicit authorization to use. Such authorization must be provided to OnCorp upon request.

I agree that I am purchasing an online session, and that the session fee charged to my credit card entitles me to execute my selected transaction. It is my responsibility to meet the requirements of the selected transaction, including sufficient time to complete the transaction, and have appropriate technology as described below.

I agree that I have carefully selected the specific transaction I require, and that I have 90 calendar days from the date of purchase to complete my transaction.

I agree that no refunds are available once a session is charged to my credit card.


TECHNOLOGY

I agree that my computer meets the following MINIMUM requirements:

  • Microsoft Windows operating system (Windows XP recommended)
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer browser (Internet Explorer 6 or higher recommended), with Cookies enabled
  • Adobe Acrobat Reader Version 5.0 or higher

I agree that if I encounter any difficulties during my transaction I must stop and contact OnCorp by e-mail at sales@oncorp.com with details of my problem, giving OnCorp a reasonable amount of time to contact me during OnCorp's customer support hours of operation. Proceeding without receiving OnCorp's response regardless of the urgency of my circumstances will be done at my own risk, and I will be fully responsible for all charges incurred.


USER PROFICIENCY

I agree that I am an experienced internet user with the required business and legal knowledge to complete this transaction, and that I will follow all on-screen instructions.

I agree that I am prepared to perform this transaction on my own; the Ontario Government does not permit OnCorp to perform the service on my behalf.


SALES POLICY

I agree that my credit card is charged for the selected transaction when I click on "Submit to Card Issuer". I agree at that moment my session has begun and all applied charges are final and non-refundable.


IRREVOCABILITY

I agree that proceeding with my session by clicking on "I Agree and Comply..." below constitutes my irrevocable acceptance to be bound by the abovementioned Session Terms and Conditions and OnCorp's General Terms and Conditions of Use, last updated on July 14, 2001.
